“stop being idiot and share with others” :D :D

Again, watch closely, learn, practice.
Did the goat have any fear, being frightened by the desperate dog’s attack?
Not at all – keep the inner balance, harmony and realize, you have no fear, no matter what :D

    Andra: thanks for expressing yourself, your fears are perfectly ok, just accept them as they are.. no other way possible, as with any emotion, only by accepting things as they are, we can transform them, we can be independant on them and choose freedom from emotions.

    I bet you already know these quotes:

    Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear—not absence of fear.
    Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear.

    Don’t concentrate on fear, but concentrate on your dream. Fear is just an illusion taughted by society.

    But what do I know, I fear myself a lot of things. But I have found many steps, techniques, mind hacks, how to get around it. You surely have yours, just perfect them, use them daily :)

    One of my ‘mind hacks’ that help me is to shift my attention from thoughts to the consciousness/awareness. I can close my eyes for better connection. When I shift to consciousness, I feel deep, soothing calmness. All my stresses, fears, problems, cravings go away. Whenever I fear or stress I realize how funny I am for getting entangled into the mind game and I shift to this consciousness feeling. And from there arises the love, courage, bravery, happiness and a lot of energy for full potential living ;)

    Thank you for the suggestions on strategies for dealing with the chronic fear. And I love the youtube video; I just got a puppy (my first) two weeks ago and she is bringing a lot of smiles and giggles, which helps.

    My food currently is not macrobiotic although I eat miso soup regularly. I am wanting to do macrobiotics and I know that will heal me and balance me out. I tend to eat healthy until the fear/anxiety has me skipping meals and/or eating very unhealthy foods. I am not overweight at all; I am only 115 pounds at 5 feet 5 inches and I look thin. Wanting to be macrobiotic is about healing not vanity or weight loss :) . I have a few books on macrobiotics (one is UK based and the others are USA published) and I can tell you the titles if you want.

    I know I am overthinking what my meals should be. That is why browsing your archives is also helping me.

    Anyway, I am enjoying your blog. I do yoga once to twice a week and have begun to meditate, which I am truly a beginner at but I know how beneficial it is so I am not giving up!

    Andra, you are welcome, I enjoy these kind of talks, so thank you too for the opportunity :)

    You are walking the perfect Path. Meditation, yoga.. don’t stop going into yourself. The most important part is to go where your fears are. Otherwise, you can spend whole life walking around, doing the meditations/yoga practices, but they can be also done wrong as everything. You can still wander around your fears and be afraid to touch them. I know it’s hard to challenge your fears, but the result, when you win, can’t be compared to anything else. I think, this is the reason, the point of the whole life. To challenge ourself and to break all the barriers slowly, not to succumb to build wall around us, but to break it, dismantle. We have build many distractions in our life, that we think are important. We are occupied perfectly 24 hours a day with nonsense stuff – but the beginning of this nonsense staff is to keep us away from the fear inside, to forget it.. and from this, we manifest a lot of totaly crazy things in the world.

    And for you, I can only stress the food part a little bit more. It’s really important and it will make miracles in your life. Don’t get stressed by the food, but don’t be lazy also. The real transformation begins with the food you eat, you can’t cheat it, you can only postpone it and get distracted by unnecessary experiences and average life. We don’t want average life.. and we know the path, take it and inspire others when you get strong :)

    And yes, you are right about needing to get the food right….not to be paranoid about it but not to cut corners and rationalize either LOL.
