The Philosophy of Liberty Guiding Principles

February 13th, 2010

Beautiful, simple explanation of liberty principles in this flash video, click the picture.

liberty principles philosophy

Problems that arise from the initiation of force by government have a solution. The solution is for people of the world to stop asking officials to initiate force on their behalf. Evil does not arise only from evil people, but also from good people who tolerate the initiation of force as a means to their own ends. In this manner, good people have empowered evil throughout history.

Having confidence in a free society is to focus on the process of discovery in the marketplace of values rather than to focus on some imposed vision or goal. Using governmental force to impose a vision on others is intellectual sloth and typically results in unintended, perverse consequences.

Achieving a free society requires courage to think, to talk, and to act – especially when it is easier to do nothing.

Surf the streets with music

music consciousness awareness

Last days I am listening to music whenever I go to the city, between people.
I am playing healing frequencies music in my mp3 player. I was doing this many times before, at high school. Many of my years were lived with the walkman always on. But I wasn’t practicing consciousness before. Later, when I started to meditate, I put away the walkman completely, I was thinking that I need to hear the real sounds, not anything artificial.

But now, I enjoy this ‘artificial’ music when I am around the people again. I don’t consider it as ‘run away’ from reality anymore. It’s great fun and it helps me to be much more aware of what is happening around. I am more easily consciouss without the environment sound distractions. I am using the music as crunches, for better consciousness. I am more easily tuned to the people faces, bodily expressions, observing myself, my reactions, looking people in the eyes, seeing how they escape from the straight eye-look, how they are nervous, funny, lost completely in their minds, trapped. This helps me to realize how trapped I am many times. The mp3 player is great fun for me now. Try shopping with headphones in your ears and observe people, you can dance internaly and enjoy them.. they are crazy, we are crazy and nearly no-one is aware of it :D

The Silent People

February 11th, 2010

Indian Peaceful Warrior

I want to give backlink to this one simple article – The Silent People – and Why You Should Not Be One of Them. Simple logic, call for action.

And yet we all fret about our own daily challenges and grievances in our own little worlds, which in the big scheme of things are actually quite petty.

  • We worry about who said what to whom and why.
  • We complain bitterly about a train that arrives five minutes late and
  • And we hold grudges for years against someone who may not even know that they had offended us.
  • If only people were not so hung up on the small, petty things in their life, they would have more energy and desire to seriously take on the real challenges we face today globally.

So today, the moment you find yourself stressing over anything, ask if it really matters in the big scheme of things.

Get the big picture and don’t waste your personal energy. It’s all about the energy and how you can work with it. Learn how to spare your life energy, be clever, be cunny, be streetwise – read Castaneda and be the Warriror hunting for energy sources! Realize, that you are really giving energy to a stupid daily thoughts and stresses and mainly to sustaining your EGO and PERSONAL HISTORY! Read the book – JOURNEY TO IXTLAN — THE LESSONS OF DON JUAN.

You are in a dead circle, if you are thinking: “I have no power, I feel unimportant, I have to deal with many things in my life, I have no time, I have no energy, I feel lazy!”.
This is the dead circle of energy being sucked from your life by unimportant things, that you habitualy hold on. You don’t need to hate yourself for this! It’s about realizing, there’s simple logic in this. You are feeling like you feel, because you haven’t made the first step from this dead circle. You need to break the chain of this circle (at the weakest point – this is what you need to find yourself, where’s this weak point of your circle is – know thyself, observe, study yourself in daily life experiences, constantly search what is your weakness and your power?). And people around for centuries have found many techniques how to break this circle. The techniques are all around you, in books, on the internet, in other Warriors. Make the big step and take some time to educate.
The first step will be painful, but you need to break the chain to experience the enourmous power you can get from living outside of the Dead Circle.

Becoming a Third World Country – The Archdruid Report

    February 11th, 2010

New Archdruid Report is out – Becoming a Third World Country

We will have to abandon the idea that it makes any sense to spend a quarter of a million dollars giving an elderly person with an incurable illness six more months of life. We will have to relearn the old distinction between the deserving poor – those who are willing to work and simply need the opportunity, or who have fallen into destitution through circumstances outside their control – and those who are simply trying to game the system. The great majority of us will get to find out what it’s like to make things instead of buying them, even when that means a sharp reduction in quality; to skip meals, or make do with very little, because the money to pay for anything more simply isn’t there; to treat serious illnesses at home because care from a doctor costs too much; I could go on for paragraphs, but I trust you get the idea.

    Boyhood with Gurdjieff

    February 10th, 2010

“Think of good and evil like right hand and left hand. Man always have two hands — two sides of self — good and evil. One can destroy other. Must have aim to make both hands work together, must acquire third thing: thing that make peace between two hands, between impulse for good and impulse for evil. Man who all ‘good’ or man who all ‘bad’ is not whole man, is one-sided. Third thing is conscience; possibility to acquire conscience is already in man when born; this possibility given — free — by nature. But is only possibility. Real conscience can only be acquired by work, by learning to understand self first. Even your religion — western religion — have this phrase ‘Know’ thyself’. This phrase most important in all religions. When begin know self already begin have possibility become genuine man. So first thing must learn is know self by this exercise, self-observation. If not do this, then will be like acorn that not become tree — fertilizer. Fertilizer which go back in ground and become possibility for future man.”

From the book – Boyhood of Gurdjieff

Grudjieff was Russia mystic, very consciouss person. I have found Gurdjieff firstime in the Osho’s books, he mentioned him occasionaly. Actualy, Gurdjieff was doing musical meditation before Osho, music played, stopped and people frozen on place and experienced the consciousness. I think Osho was inspired by him.

Btw. he smashed with his car into a tree, deliberately, to experience the pain. He was consciouss and wanted to observe the pain experience. Very crazy man. Very strong, direct, honest person.

The Illuminati are not bad at all

    February 10th, 2010

For the balancing sake, here is one interesting view on the matter of Illuminati agenda.
It’s always good to think about all possible sides of the conflict/reality.

It seems that it’s all relative, depends from what point you look at it. In the end, it’s the duality game and you have the power to stop the right/wrong judging in your head. Hmm, but how to behave then? Is Love some outside force of these dualities, that is “good” to hold on? Some primordial non-duality force, coming from Absolute? Or maybe the Love is the Absolute itself, just a different name? Or can the Love be put on the yin/yang scale? And why to choose Love, if there is no right/wrong? :)

Maybe Castaneda has a very good answers:

“Look at every path closely and deliberately, then ask ourselves this crucial question: Does this path have a heart? If it does, then the path is good. If it doesn’t, it is of no use.”

““Only as a warrior can one withstand the path of knowledge. A warrior cannot complain or regret anything. His life is an endless challenge, and challenges cannot possibly be good or bad. Challenges are simply challenges.””

Anyway, back to my initial idea, to post you this comment about Illuminati agenda:

Did it ever occur to you that *they* don’t want to harm you at all – that they want you to be free and you refuse to be free, so they are spurring you on as harshly as you need??

Think about it: You didn’t even think of throwing off the yoke of slavery until your water supply was poisoned, your skies were chemtrailed, your children were forcibly taken from you and trafficked, you were threatened being taken to concentration camps and either with being made into a chipped zombie or with death by the most horrific means.

Are you? quite sure “they” are the bad guys?

David Icke – Things to come

    February 10th, 2010

Short summarizing message of the things to come before 2016 (according to David Icke).

    From the video comments:

    ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ON!

Anyone who tries violence, especially at this stage of the Revolution, IS ONLY AN AGENT PROVACATEUR.

They want us to react violently, en masse, to justify instituting Marshal Law.

The SECRET to our success, is to become completely independent of their System, off the Grid.

    Don’t buy their toxic products; Boycott every Corporation; Peaceful Resistance to every Government; Non-Violent Non-Compliance with their? immoral laws;
Tune out their deceitful Media Agenda.

    Meditation – explained scientifically

    February 9th, 2010

Yet another amusing connection between science and spirituality has been made for me. I realize more each day, how I am based on logic. I accept things much more easily, if my brain can explain them logicaly in some way, connect them with the old thoughts/patterns I have already in my mind. Then I am able to shift my belief system very rapidly. I like this kind of thinking, make sense and is logical, hehe. Everything is vibration, think in terms of vibrations and you will see behind the veils:

The human nervous system is precisely tuned to the electromagnetic field in which we exist. Lightning strikes set up a charge between the positive ionosphere surrounding the Earth and the ground; the resultant wave is moving at 7.8 cycles per second.

We now know that the human brain emits the alpha brainwave when we enter a state of deep relaxation, and this pulsates at exactly the same frequency, 7.8 cycles per second. This is why meditation is so beneficial, because it is only when we are relaxed and still that we enter the alpha state bringing us into neurological harmony with the Earth’s resonant field. In the alpha state we are in an area of knowing just below our everyday conscious awareness. It is like fine tuning our personal radio receiver to cut through the static, so we can clearly hear the message of our inner voice.

    From the Harmony again.

Third eye – pineal gland – explained scientifically

    February 9th, 2010

Abstract head and mechanism on brain

This is very interesting text for me. The whole new modern science has already made so many connections with the spiritual world described thousand years before in all the ancient scripts. It’s so illuminative to read this:

There is evidence of a physical dimension to our connection to the Source. At the very centre of our brain is a tiny, pea sized organ with powers way beyond its physical size. It is the pineal gland. Mechanically, this light-sensitive gland controls the release of melatonin, which controls our biorhythms, especially the sleep/wake function. It may be responsible for the depressed feeling many experience during long periods of overcast skies, and short days.

Its true function has been contemplated for centuries by spiritual adepts, and mystical traditions speak of the pineal as the link between the physical and the spiritual worlds. It is connected to, and has many similarities with the eyes in that it has similar cells and a direct connection to the brain. It has long been regarded by many philosophers as an organ of higher vision which can see beyond the physical realm.

Dissection reveals that the front of the pineal gland matches the structure of the retina: the very same rods and cones found within the eyes can also be found within the composition of the pineal gland. It is a simple, logical step to understand that this similar type of physiology allows us to visualize or imagine scenarios, fantasies, memories, dreams or any other visual constructs. The expression, “in the mind’s eye,” starts to make sense.

The pineal responds to light and this enables it to control the secretion of two extremely vital hormones. These are melatonin and serotonin. Serotonin is the chemical that, among other functions helps us maintain a happy, balanced mental state. Melatonin induces sleep, which is when we dream or, as many believe, see beyond the veil of physical consciousness.

Dr Rick Strassman37 suggests the pineal also is responsible for the manufacture of DMT, a substance which can provide psychedelic experiences ranging from ‘hallucinatory’ to ‘positive mystical’. Under the pineal’s sensitive control, is it the release of this natural psychedelic ‘drug’ which creates the dream experience?

To return to the earlier analogy of the brain as a ‘receiver’, it appears DMT fine-tunes the brain to allow the consciousness to see higher realms. Is then the ‘third eye’ our physical connection to the divine?

Mankind has bumbled about like a sleepwalker in the sort of psychedelic dream where random fragments of events are jumbled together, confusing ownership as power, material possessions as wealth, might as right, physical prowess as the symbol of success. Deep down though, our inner consciousness has longed to quell our unrequited fulfilment, and the clash of this reality with our delusion, is the root cause of our unhappiness.

The point is, the pineal gland is physically very similar to the eye!

    Taking responsibility

    February 9th, 2010

From a very interesting article (ofcourse I recommend to read, but be aware, extraterestrial beings are discussed there and it will challenge your beliefs! but at the end, it’s about the same thing again – The Law of One – Oneness – We are Spirits having bodily experience, not the opposite) – Return to Harmony.

Some basic stuff that’s important to remember every day, well written:

As we become aware that what happens in the world without is a result of the person we are within, true reality becomes available to us. We can start to deal with causes instead of effects; instead of dressing and re-addressing symptoms, we can focus attention and energy to bring about a lasting cure. We can start to appreciate that we are not subject to the whim of some capricious set of circumstances; we are not the hapless playthings of some whimsical gods. We are powerful and accomplished creators of our own destiny. We are only victims if we choose to be.

We start to take control of our life, our growth, our progress. Yes, there are still challenges to face and mountains to climb, but we are more confident when we can rationalise what is happening and why it is happening – for us rather than to us.

For far too long we have been tricked into relying on governments for secular matters, and the ‘church’ for our ‘spiritual’ growth, and then complain bitterly at the control and limitation they impose upon us: in fact, we have surrended ourselves to them. They have no influence over us that we do not allow.

The reality is: the whole purpose of our lives is to take responsibility for ourselves. A certain amount of courage is required to abandon the comfort zone excuse of being able to lay responsibility at ‘someone else’s’ door, but with this awakening comes a freedom, and a peace of mind, a sense of self-esteem and a quiet satisfaction with ourselves. We become comfortable , and confident, in our own skin.

…thankfully the indications are that consciously and unconsciously, more and more people are coming into their own realisation of their power, and the desire for a better quality of human interaction is bubbling to the surface. As we actively pursue this goal, we shall soon reach a critical mass where the momentum of our seeking generates an irresistible demand.

Souls of Distortion – Online Book

    February 8th, 2010

    spiral fractal pyramid

I am going to read this wonderful online book – Souls of Distortion (I have scanned quickly through it so far).
The topics are: connection of spirituality and since, pyramids, fractals, vibrations, basic law of nature expressed by mathematic, spirals, consciousnes, dna, sound and word vibrations, symbols, ancient texts (bible, vedas) – everything is connected in this world and everything has the same simply perfect logic coded inside, we are just one part of the whole, we are expression of the same force that created everything around us. That’s why we need to copy Nature laws in eating and everyday doing if we want superious life, full of love, joy, harmony, consciousness, health and happiness. Simple as that, learn the rules and you’ll be enlightened, transformed!
This should be teached at the schools and we would be all living in the Nirvana here&now. Amen

The transformation on Earth is supposedly to have started somewhere in the eighties of the previous age and should culminate around 2012.

When I first heard of such claims I dismissed them out of first hand, you will probably too if this book is the first one you read about the subject!

After reading and studying a lot of material that supports these claims, I’ve lost a lot of my scepticism and have come to believe that we live in a very special lifetime indeed. The topic itself vibrates with my core being. For as long as I can remember I have felt that things could be so much different in our world and it has finally brought me to write this book. It’s my little contribution to a better world by sharing this information with you in a world that needs it so badly in these troubled times.

This book is not about ‘the end of the world’, the ‘Apocalypse’; on the contrary, it’s about the end of the old world that you and I know today and the birth of a brighter new one.

As the author writes – I wasn’t believing many months/years, but slowly, the more informations I collect about this topic, I can’t believe how stupid and sceptical I was – this is the system’s influence by the way, this is normal that you are sceptical to these things, because the system has domesticated you – you need to see through this manipulation and try to get informations about these topics and connect the dots.

Here’s the book – Souls of Distortion (click the Next buttons at the bottom for reading it whole).

I invite you to use your intuition as well when you absorb the material discussed within this book. Many of the things you’re about to read in this book are not easily accepted by our materialistic brainwashed minds. In the Western civilized world we’ve come to rely only on scientific facts (left brain male logic), whereas in the East it is said to be true if it is personally experienced (right brain female intuition). I invite you to use both and find out what’s true for you!

I can perfectly imagine you’re very sceptical about the subject of this book and the things you’re about to read. Scepticism is a sound mechanism while evaluating new concepts. However I’d like to give you also the suggestion that scepticism may be used as a defence mechanism by the ego to protect us from being wrong. By being a sceptic we accept the world as it is, it is a safe haven, a status quo. If we don’t let in any new beliefs, we cannot be affected in our core existence and can go about our business as usual. Sceptics are often in good company since they join the masses. However scepticism may also be a hindrance that stops us from learning. It takes courage to allow yourself to ponder the new concepts in this book. In this respect this book is not an easy read and it will require an open mind.

And here are other on topic websites:
    Spiral
Return to the Whole (seems like another very interesting online book)
    Integral Dynamics many interesting videos

“it is hard to avoid the conclusion that we are looking at one of nature’s most basic pattern-forming processes . . . [and seeing] the hidden and harmonious order built into body and mind, as it is built into every flower and leaf, mirrored by the crafts, and echoed by music . . . .”

This picture is beautiful example of how to see the spirals in everything. They are not only connected to the visible things, but they are the core of everything, even of our spiritual development. Seemingly, you feel sometime you are going in the circles – you eat macrobioticly, then you stop and overeat for a while; you meditate intensively, or you do some sport and then you stop and these periods changes like a clockwork – if you think you are going in circles, you are wrong. These changes, these periods, your whole life advancement/declinment is one big spiral. You are still going up or down in this spiral, this is the point. It’s up to you if you are making your spiral rolling up or down. Eat healthy, meditate, be physicaly active, learn new things and you can be sure that your spiral is going up ;)

Georges Ohsawa – Le Principe Unique

    February 7th, 2010

Five stones in equilibrium isolated over white...

If a man has been saved once by Oriental medicine, he has no possibility of falling ill again in his lifetime. Otherwise, he has not been truly cured, or he has not grasped the essence of the medical practice. If he becomes ill several times again, he is not worth curing, he must be allowed to suffer that he might learn the law. That is only way to bring him to true salvation and to consolidate the happiness of all of humanity.

One must concentrate the physical constitution, the ground, the inner environment so soundly that the factors of disease cannot penetrate into it or are no longer active in it. This is the perfect physiological synthesis which all the animals and all the birds possess, instinctively. Let us not confuse this with preventive medicine, which is but another analytical science. The perfect medicine, the Ido, is the medical application of all the In’Yological (yin/yang) understanding of the entire universe.

    David Icke – Melbourne 2009

    February 6th, 2010

It has been three days since I started watching these totaly awesome videos!
And it changed my last days completely.
Opened me eyes – really big.
Gave me a LOT of informations to think about.
Kicked me right in the butt and made me deeply think – to rethink many of my old beliefs.
I like when this happens to me.
The more you know, the harder it is to be influenced in this way.
To have this brilliant feeling of “aha” moment.
To find a new belief model, idea that you can implement into your old beliefs.
But the biggest experience is waiting at the doors of “no belief systems at all”.
The doors of “throw all belief systems away”.
The real religion begins right at the next doors, that are very very close and their title is “throw away your religions too”.
Belief nothing, because belief is the mind concept.
    You are not your mind.
    You are much bigger.
    All is just an illusion.
    Matrix is everywhere, Neo :D

Am I on a drug? Am I totaly manipulated by the dark side? Hehe.
    What I am talking about?

This is IT – David Icke – Melbourne 2009 – 46 videos – 8 hours of pure enlightening informations!

I have seen Zeitgeist, I have seen Esoteric Agenda, I have seen many movies and videos over the internet.
But this huge video set is much more important for me.

It’s no about believing it all. It’s not about watching without thinking.
Watch it, ponder on it, experiment with it and get inspired with it to some action.
Any action is better than no action! If you are not taoist monk, who leaves all work to Nature :)

I am joking with this post a little.
I am really into this stuff now.
Because I am after 3 days of watching this whole set.
But it has a huge impact on me, on my thinking.
It helps me to connect a lot of life puzzle again.
And David is a good dualistic thinker, I have found many informations for my yin/yang thinking – they are everywhere and if you think in yin/yang terms, it can simplify and help you understand a lot of theories much deeper.

Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience

    February 6th, 2010

Many people give up on learning after they leave school because thirteen or twenty years of extrinsically motivated education is still a source of unpleasant memories. Their attention has been manipulated long enough from the outside by textbooks and teachers, and they have counted graduation as the first day of freedom.

But a person who forgoes the use of his symbolic skills is never really free. His thinking will be directed by the opinions of his neighbors, by the editorials in the papers, and by the appeals of television. He will be at the mercy of “experts.” Ideally, the end of extrinsically applied education should be the start of an education that is motivated intrinsically. At that point the goal of studying is no longer to make the grade, earn a diploma, and find a good job. Rather, it is to understand what one’s experience is all about. From that will come the profound joy of the thinker, like that experienced by the disciples of Socrates that Plato describes in Philebus: “The young man who has drunk for the first time from that spring is as happy as if he had found a treasure of wisdom; he is positively enraptured. He will pick up any discourse, draw all its ideas together to make them into one, then take them apart and pull them to pieces. He will puzzle first himself, then also others, badger whoever comes near him, young and old, sparing not even his parents, nor anyone who is willing to listen. . . . ”

The quotation is about twenty-four centuries old, but a contemporary observer could not describe more vividly what happens when a person first discovers the flow of the mind.

Endgame of America – Archdruid Report

    February 5th, 2010

There’s a new Archdruid Report – Endgame – as usually, this is the top important material you should all read. If your english is not perfect (I need a lot of time with dictionary to read these Archdruid Reports, quite complicated english for me), at least read the last 3 paragraphs – they are the most practical and they are the conclusion.

Scattered among the statistical noise that makes up most of today’s news are data points that suggest to me that business as usual is quietly coming to an end around us, launching us into a new world for which very few of us have made any preparations at all.

If I read the signs correctly, America has finally reached the point where its economy is so deep into overshoot that catabolic collapse is beginning in earnest. If so, a great many of the things most of us in this country have treated as permanent fixtures are likely to go away over the years immediately before us, as the United States transforms itself into a Third World country.

…be well advised to stock their pantries, clear their debts, and get to know their neighbors
…to learn a practical skill or two

I may be wrong – and to be frank, I hope that I’m wrong – but it looks increasingly to me as though we’re in for a very rough time in the very near future.

How to start and follow the macrobiotic diet

    February 3rd, 2010

    wheat grains macrobiotic

This is my answer to one of the reader’s question. This opinion is very personal view on the “how to follow the macrobiotic diet” topic (why do I say it, this is personal blog, right?) :) So read it like an interesting opinion from someone who eats 6 years macrobioticaly and take what you want from it.

Here’s Wendy’s question, that inspired me to write this post:

Hello, I just searched for “macrobiotic lifestyle how-to” and stumbled upon your blog. It is extremely informative and wonderful. Please keep writing and don”t feel discouraged to quit just when I’ve found you! I need all the info I can get as I would like to begin this lifestyle. :)
I am a vegan and obviously would continue that while eating the macobiotic way. Any thoughts on this? I know many people following this lifestyle eat fish, is that essential? I would think not. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
I am going to go back to reading your blog and gleaning more knowledge.
    Thank you!
    -Wendy

Hey Wendy, thanks a lot for a lovely comment :)
No worry, I won’t stop posting new things that interest me. It’s just, that when people comment, like you did, and ask about specific questions, I can relate to them with my posts. I can provide them with many answers from my macrobiotic experience and I am not playing “I know it all”, I know when to give my personal advice and when to provide an useful link to another website with interesting answers.

About the fish.. from the people I know around me, they have no problem at all, being on the macrobiotic without any meat/fishes. Don’t worry, experiment. Me personaly, I eat fish about 1 time a month, I don’t eat any other meat. I have no need for meat. There are questions about the B12, but there are so many different opinions, that I wouldn’t worry with this issue at the beginning. I think the best thing you can do when starting with macrobiotic is this: take it easy, keep it simple and most importantly in M, learn cooking. Don’t be stressed and obsessed by too much theories at the start, the books are full of them. The M system is very complex. But also very simple. It depends how you look at it. Leave the complexities for later if you want. Because the most important, why people don’t stick with M longer is, they hadn’t patience to learn the proper cooking styles and because of that, they don’t know how to satisfy their cravings.

The cooking doesn’t take much longer time than any different cooking style/diet. It’s only that it seems so, at the beginning. People think, it’s very complicated. But it is not. Just take it easy and learn a little each day. Practice new recipes. It’s all down to the cooking. All the theories are great, but in the end, to any illness, problem, the general suggestion is to follow the standard macrobiotic plate. You can know many details about each topic later, but when you don’t know how to cook, you are just a full head of theories without action.

Practice, practice and don’t be afraid that you can do anything wrong. Don’t be obsessed by the exact cooking rules (there are many tiny-details in each cooking book, that are making new comers crazy). Don’t fret about the exaxct cooking times, exact procedures, when you start with M. I see many people around me, they have problems with this. They ask, if it’s too bad if they boiled miso for 5 minutes instead of simmering. If it’s totaly bad for their health if they eat honey or raw fruit, or if they put raw salt on their plate instead of cooking it, the same with oil. And then, people are stressed and rather stop with macrobiotic and switch to completely poor eating habit, instead of making mistakes with macrobiotic and continuing the learning process.

But this is typical in all the human’s endeavors. We are just like this. This could be summarized as the complex of perfectionism, idealism. If we don’t eat macrobiotic (switch to your favorite diet/activity) perfectly well, we rather stop it. If we don’t go to the gym each day, we rather don’t go at all, instead of going once per week for example. If we eat something non-macrobiotic that day, we follow the same poor pattern the whole day and are thinking, that only from tommorow we can start again.
I suggest anyone starting the M diet, don’t be so strict with yourself. Accept the biggest rule of Life: we are not perfect, nothing is perfect!
Do the best you can, with what you have, where you are.
And never, never give up :)

I see this path as perfectly ok too:
If you have no serious illness and you would like to start macrobiotic, start just eating 1 single macrobiotic meal a day. For example for 1 week, or 2 or 3, depends on you. Then, it will become perfect habit and very easy to follow for you. For a dinner or supper or breakfast, you will have 1 macrobiotic meal. You will slowly learn the cooking. Then, simply add a second M meal to your daily eating. Again, stick to it for 1 week or more. And then try to eat 3 meals and then continue with snacks too. No need to hurry, you can transition to the full macrobiotic diet for a period of 1 year. Anything is better than nothing.

But if you are cold turkey person.. hey, no problem, just go for it in your style. The paragraph above was for the easy, relaxed people :)

And here are few links for your continuous research and inspiration. Check this website and there is a selection box, where you select any person and you can read their interview. The first sentence is usually how they started with macrobiotic and it follows with their real life experiences. Very interesting reading.

In general, the whole macrobiotics.co.uk website has many many informative articles about M.

But ofcourse, the first thing to do, is to buy a complete, comprehensive book. I am sorry, but I won’t give any book suggestion, because I am not from the english speaking country and I am not acquainted which books are good for he beginners. If you have any suggestions, please, leave them at the comments.

Also, anyone, anytime, anywhere.. if you have any question, post them to comments. Don’t think it’s a stupid question, there’s no one like this! I can answer many questions, give you opinions and useful links.

Macrobiotic is wonderful lifestyle system. It’s not only about eating. It transforms you completely, not from the outside, but from the core inside. Nothing can transform you so deeply as food, no other knowledge. The deepest knowledge is coming with the food, that creates all your body cells. Your physical body, but the spiritual too! All si connected.

    The world people unity consciousness

Should I continue writing, sharing my ideas, giving links to an interesting websites?

It’s a little unmotivating to write for the people, if you get no comments from them.
I write it for myself in the first place, but you know, there’s always yin/yang in the play.
If you have a feedback and it doesn’t matter if negative, positive, or just simple “thanks”, it gives me more motivation and it provides me a message that someone real is being touched by my blog.
I know, we are all very lazy to write comments to something we like (I just tease).

But I think we should all wake up and start encouraging each other!
We spend a lot of time on a quite stupid daily tasks (watching tv news, checking facebook hundred times a day), but the Earth/society is changing, very rapidly now and we can help.
We should support anyone who is spreading the positive/love messages around.
Please, start writing your blog or start posting comments to the blogs you like – just a simple “thank you, great article” is more than enough!

People, please do it.. this is the little change that we can do and it will change the internet in a big way.
Because when we will start to discuss the great blog posts that we like, the more comments we will provide, the discussion will flow there and the more people will be inspired to start commenting also and the effect is – interesting/loving/positive blog posts will get bigger attention (also from the search engines).

You know what is happening now? The opposite situation – most stupid topics do get the most comments, and the search engines and new visitors follow them, because they are most discussed.

Please, support your favorite thinkers/bloggers, give them a shout.

    Thank you all for listening.
And now, if you like my blog, please click the “I like this” link bellow, you don’t need to comment, if you don’t want to ;)

    Ken Wilber

    February 3rd, 2010

Ken connects yin/yang perfectly for me. He is great Taoist thinker. It will enhance your knowledge about the (non)dualistic world how the macrobiotic also perceives it.

Ken Wilber is the most widely translated academic writer in America, with 25 books translated into some 30 foreign languages, and is the first philosopher-psychologist to have his Collected Works published while still alive. Wilber is an internationally acknowledged leader and the preeminent scholar of the Integral stage of human development, which continues to gather momentum around the world. His many books, all of which are still in print, can be found at Amazon.com. Some of his more popular books include Integral Spirituality; No Boundary; Grace and Grit; Sex, Ecology, Spirituality; and the “everything” books: A Brief History of Everything (one of his largest selling books) and A Theory of Everything (probably the shortest introduction to his work). Ken Wilber is the founder of Integral Institute, Inc., the co-founder of Integral Life, Inc., and the Senior Fellow of Integral Life Spiritual Center.

Read many of his awesome articles here (if they have FREE icon, you can read them without subscribing).
Check out his personal website too.

And I would suggest, to get better know his style, start reading this article – Always Already: The Brilliant Clarity of Ever-Present Awareness.

On another topic, if you have serious illness (cancer), we you are faced with death (and who isn’t), definitely check out this book of him!! It’s completely life changing book and it will leave you fearless and accepting all the life can offer, even the death.

Many interviews with Ken and his deep knowledge at Shambala.com.

What is consciousness – Science and spirituality connects – video lecture

    February 2nd, 2010

If you are good in english, I strongly suggest to watch this video lecture about “Consciousness”.

Messages are spread across many spiritual (new age) books about what we really are, what consciounsess really is. But I bet you have quite mess how to understand it :-)

This video lecture can give you great explanation, based on our racional/western/material/scientific/objective thinking.
It will change your view over the Consciousness – I promise you ;)

After watching, you won’t be so much surprised by wild experiments of some people with the subjective reality. And you will appreciate the ideas of Kant much more, if you are into the philosophy.

And I would also like to suggest you to watch another video.
More scientific. Actually, a little bit opposite, because the speaker is strong atheist (from what I understand), but don’t be turned away from this masterpiece talk.

Who cares about the Bing bang, but where the matter that precedes the bing did arise?
    Who created the Creator?
You’ll get very interesting answers, logical, mathematical.
How could the Universe start from nothing? Is it possible? They say, it is.
